More information

Useful details about how we work, what to expect, and how to prepare for your appointment.

What to bring

Bring your current passport, any previous refusal letters, a draft CV or transcript, and a list of questions. Do not send sensitive documents via email or chat before an adviser confirms a secure channel.

Languages

We work in English and Albanian. Written correspondence and consultation notes can be provided in either language on request.

Response times

We aim to reply to enquiries within one working day. Booking requests are confirmed within the same timeframe, subject to adviser availability.

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee my visa will be approved?

No adviser can. Decisions rest solely with the Home Office or the Irish immigration authorities. What we do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and evidenced before it is submitted, which is where most avoidable refusals come from.

What does a consultation cost?

Fees depend on the route and the complexity of your case, and are agreed in writing before any work starts. Government application fees are set by the authorities and are charged separately.

Is the chat assistant giving me legal advice?

No. It answers general questions about visa routes so you can arrive at a consultation better informed. Anything specific to your circumstances is reviewed by a regulated human adviser first.

Can you help after a refusal?

Yes. We review the refusal notice, identify which requirement was found unmet, and advise whether an administrative review, an appeal or a fresh application is the stronger route. Deadlines after a refusal are short, so contact us as soon as you receive the decision.

Which languages do you work in?

English and Albanian, across all three offices. Consultation notes and written correspondence are available in either language.
